Wowed Once Again: A New Exhibition of My "Art of Photography" Students' Work

It's showtime again!

I think my very favorite things to publish here at Joyfully Green are these "exhibitions" that feature the work of my photography students. It makes me really happy to give them the spotlight, to thank them for being part of my online courses, and to celebrate their absolutely beautiful work. This round of students was no exception.

The only hard part? Choosing the work to feature here! Since I can't fit everybody's work into this space, I'm going to try something new: featuring the work on my social media pages, too. So, if we're connected on Facebook, Twitter, or Google+, you're going to be treated to some extra-beautiful shots from my students in the weeks ahead!

I started this particular exhibition with Amy Jo Kellington's self-portrait for two reasons. 1.) I love it. (Isn't it great?!) 2.) No matter how many times I run this Art of Photography e-course, the two days that we spend on self-portraiture always warm my heart because the students see themselves in an entirely new, flattering, FUN light. They take self-portraits that they're proud of--pictures that become their brand-new profile shots on Facebook, or Twitter, or on their blogs. (I LOVE that!)
